Gemma Baldon

Gemma Baldon was born and raised in an impoverished neighborhood in the Philippines by relatives whose sacrifices instilled in her resilience, gratitude, and faith. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and later moved to the United States in pursuit of better opportunities and began her career in healthcare IT.  She now guides families through the admissions process and leads the school’s enrollment strategy.

Gemma took time away from her profession for more than a decade to focus on her children’s education and faith formation. During that time, she also served her community as a catechist, parish council member, and school board trustee. Her family discovered Martin Saints in 2017 and was immediately drawn to its mission. She and her husband, Jeremiah have been married for 25 years and have been blessed with three children including an MSC senior, an MSC graduate, and an adult daughter..

As a long time member of the MSC community, Gemma has supported the school’s mission by fostering strong relationships among families, faculty, and the wider community. After briefly returning to IT, she discerned a deeper calling to be part of the classical education movement, not only as a parent but also as a contributor to its growth and outreach.

The Baldons live in Glenside, are members of St. Mary Church (FSSP) in Conshohocken and share a love of cooking and hosting.
