Alexander Haynie
Alex and his wife Ana live in Blue Bell with their five children. Alex grew up in North Wales, studied politics at Princeton University and started on Princeton's Division I, nationally-ranked men's lacrosse team. He then earned a master's in theological studies from the University of Notre Dame. Alex has lived in Kenya, Germany, and Washington, D.C., has garnered accolades for being a top-rated salesman, and has worked as a publisher, consultant, entrepreneur, missionary, teacher and major gift fundraiser. He has helped grow several culture-shaping start-ups, including a national marriage ministry called Communio, a tech-company called Canopy that protects kids from toxic content online, a Eucharistic-focused ministry called Live Vertical helping to deepen the faith of Catholic school students, and he has taught high school theology and coached high school soccer, basketball and lacrosse. Alex has spoken to over ten thousand students, teachers, parents, and staff at schools and parishes across the country. He believes that there is nothing more important that he can do with his life than to try to share the love of Jesus Christ. He is filled with gratitude for the chance to serve at Martin Saints and continue the great work of our school.
