Mr. Tom Mastroianni, J.D.
Tom lives in Ambler, Pennsylvania with his wife, Catherine, and their four children (Tommy, Jane, John, and Clare). They belong to St. Helena's Catholic Church in Blue Bell where Tom and Catherine serve together on the parish's Pre Cana Ministry Team; he is also a member of the parish's Pastoral Council. Tom and Catherine are involved at Regina Coeli Academy where their oldest three are students.
Tom is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville where he earned a bachelor's degree in theology with minors in business, legal studies, and religious eduction. More important, it's where he met Catherine. He obtained his juris doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, MN and is currently a member of the school's Alumni Advisory Board. (But after he caught Catherine staring out the window of their musty, St. Paul apartment watching the snow fall ever-so-gently on Cinco de Mayo, pregnant with their oldest, Tom decided to spend his third year at Villanova Law School as a visiting student to be closer to her family in the Philadelphia suburbs.)
Tom is an attorney at Fox Rothschild (an Am Law 100 law firm) and has been practicing law for nearly a decade. His practice focuses primarily on labor and employment and toxic tort litigation as well as class and collective actions in both state and federal courts throughout the country.
